Compliance
All employees of PMC and its embrace health division are expected to uphold and preserve our culture of integrity. As such, it is your right and duty to report any potential offenses or violations. If you have knowledge or concern regarding any situation that you believe may potentially violate these guidelines please call the compliance, ethics and human resource line: (877) 262-5955 The line is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may choose to remain anonymous when filing a report. All complaints will be investigated and any associate found to be in violation will be subject to disciplinary action.
Concerns
It is the policy of embrace health to recognize all feedback from patients as a way to improve our services. A grievance will in no way limit your access to treatment at embrace health.
